Larson Capital's LCOZ Fund I is a Fund that intends to qualify as an Opportunity Zone Fund. It has been created for investors who have recently sold other real estate, stock, surgery centers or businesses at a gain and they wish to reinvest in a Fund that allows for the potential of investment returns, tax advantages and an opportunity to participate in rejuvenation of an economically depressed area. While opportunities may vary, the Fund intends to target properties located in Qualified Opportunity Zones in the St. Louis metropolitan area where it plans to develop the real estate.  In addition to the potential benefits of deferring capital gains taxes until 2026 and potentially reducing or eliminating the taxes owed on the future growth of the investment, you are partnering with other Fund investors who are attempting to rejuvenate and provide opportunity in economically depressed areas. The target return of the Fund is 20%, net of all fees; however, there can be no assurance that target returns will be met or that Larson Capital will be successful in finding investment opportunities for the Fund that meet these anticipated investment objectives.
