Investment Summary

After launching three real estate funds that focused on immediate cash flow, we decided to launch a fund on April 16, 2016 that would be a little smaller and focus on buying real estate deals that we believed would have higher upside and less cash flow up front.  Investors deposited $2,935,000 to purchase $11,740,000 of real estate.  There are two office buildings totaling 133,970 square feet in the St. Louis metro as well as an investment in three developments in Missouri and Illinois.  The developments include a student housing development, assisted living facility partnering with SSM hospital, and a retirement living community.  The intention of this fund is to drive up significant value in our assets and then exit within 5-9 years.  The proceeds from the sale of the student housing development were used to purchase an interest in 40 West.
