Larson Capital Fund II was launched in 2014 with a total raise of $2,410,000, targeting acquisitions in the Class B office and industrial market sectors. Larson Capital Management took an opportunistic approach to the acquisition of 7 properties throughout the Saint Louis Market.

The acquisitions included a five-property portfolio anchored by a large regional hospital system (SSM Health’s operations division), an industrial property anchored by a strong local credit tenant (asset was sold in March of 2018 for 32% more than the original purchase price) and a multi-tenant office building located in Creve Coeur, Missouri.
