Larson Capital raised $1,314,999 from investors for the acquisition of a $5,590,000 asset home to a strong mix of national credit retailers and prominent regional and local credits. Tenancy includes PNC Bank, Pei Wei, Benjamin Moore Paints, Premier Financial Group and Wagner Portrait Studios.
