Larson Capital Fund VI (“LCF VI”) intends to raise capital in an effort to acquire a large ($120M+) portfolio of commercial office buildings purchased in multiple cities around the country. While opportunities may vary, the Fund intends to invest in buildings that have large tenants with strong financials. The Fund intends to use cost segregation depreciation methodology in an effort to provide investors some tax benefits in addition to the Fund’s goal of earning investment returns. The target return for the Fund is 18%, net of all fees with regular quarterly distributions; however, there can be no assurance that target returns will be met or that Larson Capital will be successful in finding investment opportunities for the Fund that meet these anticipated investment parameters.
